Spitznas is the oldest manufacturer of air motors and pneumatic tools, present in Genoa since the late 1950s across several corporate structures that succeeded one another over time. For over 10 years now, it has been exclusively imported and distributed throughout Italy by our company.

SPITZNAS
In the Ruhr area in the early 1900s, Mr. Spitznas invented the pneumatic motor, establishing a manufacturing plant for air tools dedicated to local mining operations.
Since then, Spitznas has grown and evolved into a leading global supplier of pneumatic tools for industry (today recognized as one of the most reputable and sought-after brands for ATEX-certified machinery and underwater equipment). Building on decades of experience in hazardous environments, Spitznas motors and tools are now widely deployed across multiple sectors:
- Oil and gas industry

- Steel industry
- Shipbuilding
By pairing its pneumatic tool manufacturing from the very beginning with pneumatic axial turbine ventilators/fans for degassing and ventilating large, medium, and small confined spaces, the company rapidly established itself as the undisputed benchmark (and remains so today) for specialists operating in tank, cistern, and tunnel maintenance within refineries and gas pipelines. Subsequently, by developing in-house its own range of compact, powerful hydraulic motors for handheld tools, SPITZNAS expanded into new markets:

Thanks to continuous product development and entry into new markets, SPITZNAS is now a well-established brand offering pneumatic and hydraulic equipment alongside ATEX-certified fans and ventilators for Group IIB industries and Group IIC hydrogen environments, without overlooking Group I M2 underground mining.
The design and manufacture of custom products and tailored solutions have become a major part of the business.
